Pole Bliss class offerings are an exquisite mix of exotic sensual dance moves, floor-work, strength training/toning, fitness/cardio, empowerment, building self-confidence and grace, pole dancing, spins & tricks. Our classes offer a full body, mind and spirit workout! You will walk away a more confident and sexy woman. Our instructors are highly experienced, and will give you individual attention and instruction in a safe, supportive upscale atmosphere. Nothing about our studio or classes is “sleazy”! The average age of our students is 35-55. We offer our classes to ALL women, regardless of shape, size, age or fitness level. We do recommend you are 21 or older due to the adult nature of our classes. Safe, supportive environment. No judgment, no nudity. Our glorious main studio has 11 professional 13’ dance poles and a 40’ mirrored wall. Our gleaming new dance stage with pole is 12' x 12'. It's a perfect highlight for bachelorette, birthday and private parties! The ambiance of our studio is described as calming, lush, energizing, sensual and GORGEOUS. We just added a professional light show system with black lights and intelligent scanning nightclub lighting! This will make any party, class or event come to life! NEW!!! We just opened an additional 1500 square foot studio down the hall from our main studio so we can offer you even more classes, events, parties, and POLES! The new studio will have eight 13' poles. We are now FULLY AIR CONDITIONED!! We also sell dance poles! We proudly carry X-Pole, the highest quality removable static/spinning pole on the market. X-poles are fully removeable and are tension/pressure mounted. There are no hooks, screws or hardware in your celing or floor.
